Fees

BOC Level I

The registration fee includes 74 hours of classroom instruction, seven course handbooks, facility project assignments, and certification recognition materials.

BOC Level II

The registration fee includes 61 hours of classroom instruction, seven course handbooks, facility project assignments, and certification recognition materials.

Course Discounts and Rebates

Registrants are eligible for tuition rebates from their sponsoring utility or energy efficiency program provider of $100 upon earning the BOC credential, and $200 upon submittal of an approved incentive application for an energy efficiency project at their facility. Maximum rebate per registrant is $300. Note: Any student receiving a special tuition discount or reimbursement from a sponsor (such as National Grid) will not be eligible for tuition rebates.

Registrants residing in Maine

K-12 and State Agency – $550
Federal Agency and Private Sector – $850
All Others (companies outside of Maine) – $1,375 standard fee

Long Island Power Authority
Full course series tuition for LIPA customers is $699.

Vermont Customers
Fee for registrants residing in Vermont – $1,075 (Discount provided courtesy of Efficiency Vermont and Burlington Electric Department).

Cape Light Compact Customers
Rebates available ranging from $300 to $1,375. Contact at efficiency@capelightcompact.org for details on eligibility and rebate process. Registrant pays course fee with registration, and rebate is provided upon completion of all course requirements.

Payment

We accept payment by credit card, purchase order, or check. Purchase orders and checks should be made payable to the Northwest Energy Efficiency Council.
