What To Expect and How to Manage Your Next Building Repair Project

The construction market in the Puget Sound is still booming. Most of the industry attention is focused on new construction, but maintenance, repair, and renovation projects have continued to be on the rise. This presentation will focus on the repair aspect of these projects which are necessary to keep existing buildings relevant in such a competitive market.

There are many approaches to managing a repair project. This engineer skills hour will offer some insight as to how these projects can run smoothly, start to finish, ensuring all protection to the building owner.

This discussion will include feedback on inspections, design, bid documents, and necessary oversight.

We will be using real projects as case examples and take you through necessary steps to ensure a successful process. In addition, this engineer skills hour will look at some unique and innovative repair solutions.
