The Community Colleges of Spokane is seeking a Director of Maintenance and Operations. This  position provides direction, leadership and management for the Spokane Community College campus building operations and maintenance, including management of assigned staff, in support to all buildings and grounds on campus as well as numerous off-campus locations throughout the six (6) counties SCC serves.  Department functional responsibilities include management of: facilities maintenance, grounds, custodial services, support for campus operations, and minor construction on the campus.
