Maintenance Application Deadline

Maintenance notices are issued annually to eligible graduates in January, both by US Mail and email. The notice includes personalized information and instructions required to complete the maintenance process. The completion deadline is the last business day of March.

Maintenance Fees

Maintenance fees are $65 for any BOC credential. Payment should be submitted with the application and must be received in full in order to process your application.

We prefer that fees are paid by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover). We also receive other methods of payment (check/purchase order) but please note that applications will not be processed until payment is received. The fee includes an up-to-date BOC wallet card, an individual subscription to the BOC newsletter, 20% discounts off our webinar events, and quarterly notices of training and continuing education in your area.

If you cannot meet the deadline

If you cannot fulfill the requirements by the last business day of March you will need to contact our BOC Credential Maintenance Specialist, Amy Price at 407-256-2757 (M-F, 9am-5pm EST) or email her at maintain@theboc.info. Applications submitted after the last business day of March will incur a late fee of $25. Those received after June 30th will be charged a $50 late fee.
