BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides program and budget management, and oversight for straightforward to moderately complex, energy efficiency programs serving the commercial or industrial markets. Leads cross functional program and budget development and implementation teams, ensuring that assigned program(s) are defined, implemented, tracked, and communicated in a consistent and effective manner.  Represents the District at industry events, conferences and stakeholder meetings.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Requires BA in Business, Public Administration, Architecture, Engineering or the equivalent combination or related education and work experience; five years progressively more responsible directly related experience with two of those years managing moderately complex projects or Energy Efficiency programs; valid Washington State driver’s license.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:   Ten years of project or program management experience, Project Management Certification; experience coordinating with regional and national partners/vendors; experience designing, launching, and managing conservation program(s); experience managing large budget(s); public speaking experience; and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
