A new video is available to show operators one technique for balancing your cooling system if building occupants are complaining about uncomfortable indoor temperatures. The video features Daniel Donovan, a Senior Stationary Engineer with the NYC Department of Citywide Administrative Services, who initiated the repair. CUNY’s Building Performance Lab, a BOC Approved Provider, partnered with New York City’s DCAS to document energy management best practices initiated by front-line building operators, and showcase how individual employees can make a difference.
