Each week, we will feature one of the videos for building operators nationwide to access and learn from.
Video 5- This video shows the value of installing a straight-forward control system in a small space. This allows the agency employees to manage the system directly, without the need to engage a vendor. The video features Rick Day, a Stationary Engineer with the Fire Department of the City of New York, who initiated the comfort cooling control system installation and is one of NYC’s “Heroes in the Basement.
