The Facilities Manager is responsible for monitoring, planning, coordinating and directing the maintenance and repair of the physical structure, building systems and equipment to achieve the reliable, efficient and safe operation of the facility. Major systems include HVAC, conveyance, life safety, kitchen, plumbing and electrical. This position is also responsible for coordinating and supervising the repair and refurbishment of building finishes, furnishings and equipment. He/she coordinates and supports outside contractors and consultants for maintenance, repairs and capital projects. At times, the Facilities Manager may be required to work evenings, weekends and/or holidays and is on-call for emergencies.

Lakehaven Water and Sewer District has an immediate opening for an Engineering Technician in their Engineering Department.

Lakehaven Water and Sewer District is seeking an Engineering Technician to perform a variety of technical tasks to respond to inquiries regarding the availability of water and sewer service and to assist developers, contractors and the general public through the development and plan review process in compliance with District development policies and procedures. This employee also participates in the research, collection of data, and maintenance of facility records in support of other District functions and projects.

Energy Audit Equipment Specialist, RHA Energy Solutions
Location: San Francisco, CA

The Energy Audit Equipment Specialist also known as the Tool Lending Library (TLL) Specialist works out of the San Francisco PG&E Pacific Energy Center (PEC) with day to day operations of the PEC. Duties include working with customers and professionals to provide energy and building measurement tools for energy efficiency, demand reduction and demand response projects in California.

The specialist supports operations of the PEC TLL through any combination of the following tasks: inventory management such as purchasing new and retiring old equipment, maintaining and verifying stock levels and ensuring all items are in working condition; lending management such as responding to and coordinating the lending of tools to customers, tracking and shipping tools, and maintaining accurate documentation; calibration management such as scheduling and coordinating tool/instrument regularly scheduled calibration and maintenance requirements; and PEC training support such as teaching tool borrowers how to use the tools and maintaining; leading and/or participating in outreach sessions to teach customers about TLL resources; and providing tool and course development assistance for energy center classes.
