Position Summary
Do you have experience maintaining chillers, steam, VFD’s and control actuators? Do you enjoy working in a unique urban environment on a building maintenance team with many trades and skill sets? If these questions resonate with you, then we invite you to consider joining our team, an equity-focused open-access college dedicated to helping all students achieve their academic and professional goals. As Pipefitter and Steamfitter, you will be responsible for being a key member of the team that maintains the campus facilities. In this role, you will be serving as a maintenance specialist servicing equipment from basic plumbing fixtures to boilers to backflows.
The facilities maintenance team plays an important role in the mission of the college, providing a safe and healthy environment for the students to achieve success.
