This position is responsible for managing all facility activities for the Civic Services department including City Hall, the Bellevue Service Center (BSC) and other general government facilities along with nine Fire Stations and the Public Safety Training Center.  This position plans, directs, organizes, coordinates and manages a broad range of facility management services for the City of Bellevue with primary emphasis in the areas of: facility maintenance, facility operations, budget development, monitoring of expenses and budget and working with the fiscal manager, and developing facility rates.
