OSE is recruiting for a Climate & Buildings Support Programs Advisor to grow and manage the Seattle Clean Buildings Accelerator program.  This program is a no-cost support and training program for owners and managers or operators of commercial and multifamily buildings in Seattle to meet State of WA Clean Buildings energy efficiency requirements and reduce climate-polluting emissions. In 2024, it will expand the training program offerings and add funding for direct capital and engineering support for buildings that serve or are in frontline communities to implement emissions reduction projects (e.g., non-profits, buildings with BIPOC-owned businesses, healthcare, museums, shelters, affordable multifamily housing, schools, community centers and more.)

Senior Analyst, Business Customer Energy Programs

Tacoma Power’s Power Management division is looking for a Business Customer Energy Programs Senior Analyst to join their team. In this role you will develop and deliver energy programs and secure energy efficiency measures with Tacoma Power’s commercial and industrial customers by performing a variety of advanced program management duties in various functional areas. This position leads performance-based energy programs such as Commercial Strategic Energy Management and oversees multiple offerings to achieve portfolio goals. The position provides expert program advice to customers, trade allies, internal staff and external organizations regarding various program initiatives. This position assures installed equipment and data collected meet Tacoma Power requirements and applicable laws. The energy savings acquired, and programs managed by this position are key to achieving Tacoma Power’s energy conservation goals and associated requirements of Washington’s Energy Independence Act (RCW 19.285 and WAC 194.37) and Washington’s Clean Buildings Law. This position develops and implements energy programs and projects for commercial and industrial customers, overseeing all phases of planning and implementation processes.  Collaborates with the Communications team to support the development and execution of outreach and marketing campaigns.
