A successful Resource Conservation Manager (RCM) Program reduces your facilities’ energy and water use, and waste generated, to decrease operational costs, increase efficiency, and promote environmentally friendly operations. So why don’t more agencies employ an RCM?

Attend this webinar to learn about the benefits of RCM programs and how RCMs perform to provide persistent savings for your organization. We will discuss how to get started with a program, such as what to look for when hiring an RCM, using part-time RCM services, or how existing staff may fulfill some crucial RCM functions.

The intended audience is managers and facility management staff from Washington state public and government institutions and agencies, including schools, colleges, and municipalities. Others from the Pacific Northwest may attend if space allows.

Washington State University Energy Program promotes and supports RCM programs with technical assistance, hiring and job description information, a tool loan program, monthly newsletter, website, and more.

This free webinar from Washington State University Energy Program is funded by the U.S. Department of Energy State Energy Program through the Washington State Department of Commerce Energy Division.
