Salary: $3,375.00 – $4,489.00 Monthly

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma/GED. Completion of vocational training program(s) in a building maintenance field is preferred.
  • Two years of experience performing a wide variety of tasks in building maintenance operations.
  • Current Washington State Driver’s License or have requested and obtained an appropriate accommodation.
  • Must pass background security check.
DESIRED SKILLS:

  • Completion of vocational training program(s) in a building maintenance field is preferred.
  • Proficient in data entry and use of software including email, maintenance management information systems, and on-line timekeeping.
  • Strong customer orientation and the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly.
SUMMARY OF DUTIES:

Performs a wide variety of skilled tasks related to the maintenance of County buildings and equipment, which includes electrical, HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), mechanical repairs, plumbing, generators, carpentry, building component systems, locksmithing and other related work in the maintenance and repair of commercial buildings. Work performed meets code requirements and County guidelines.
