Ultrasonic Flow Meter Training
PCE Pacific, Inc. and GE Measurement and Control will provide a demonstration on the Panameterics PT878
Portable Ultrasonic Clamp-On Liquid Flow Meter. Learn how to use a portable liquid flow meter with an
ultrasonic measuring system. The PT878 transducers simply clamp onto the pipe and can measure flow from
outside plastic, metal or concrete-lined pipes, non-intrusively, and is one of the most powerful portable liquid flow meters available on the market today. The demonstration will include physical setup of the meter, selecting units of measure, transducer type, wedge temperature, pipe parameters (pipe material, thickness, outer diameter, pipe liner), process fluid type for sound speed and number of soundwave traverses required.

Do you offer training in Houston, Texas for the PT878?
Mauro- I recommend reaching out to our BOC partner there, SPEER. Liz John would be happy to help you. firstname.lastname@example.org or 512.279.0754
